On the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer shed further light on the finish to Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns at the Greatest Royal Rumble.
Meltzer said that the finish was supposed to be controversial and the announcer’s called it that way without realizing that there had been a botch and Roman’s feet had clearly touched the ground first.
Meltzer added that the angle with Chad Patton tweeting out that he’d made a mistake was an audible WWE called to explain Brock’s Victory.
