The cameraman suing the WWE and Titus O’Neil over an injury he suffered during the shooting of a segment of WWE Swerved has filed an amended suit. PWInsider is reporting that Donald Anderson has filed a suit with new arguments to prevent WWE from arguing that they are not under court’s jurisdiction.

Several quotes from Triple H and WWE executive John Saboor about the WWE Performance Center’s importance in Florida are referred in the amended filing. Anderson is arguing that the quotes are contradictory to the claim that WWE are not under court’s jurisdiction in Florida.

The lawsuit against the company and Titus suggests that WWE placed Anderson in an unsafe working environment for the filming of the segment, in which Paige gave Titus an electric shock. Titus allegedly became enraged from the prank, and then went on to kick a video camera out of Anderson’s hand, which resulted in injuries. Anderson says he was unable to work for six months because of the injury in his hands, wrists, and fingers.

Anderson is seeking $15,000 in damages and additional punitive damages that are not specified.
