John Cena might be going to Wrestlemania, but he’ll have a few more obstacles in his way before it’s a done deal.
Cena will face AJ Styles on tonight’s episode of WWE Smackdown, and if he wins he will then get a spot in the WWE Championship match at Fastlane. That match is currently a Fatal 5 Way, but it could become a Six Pack Challenge if he’s able to beat Styles in tonight’s main event.

Cena started off tonight’s show by saying he didn’t want a handout, and made his case about entering the title match at Fastlane, which brought Shane McMahon to the ring. Shane talked about Cena’s request giving him a shot at history as a 17-time champion if he grants it, then Daniel Bryan came to the ring to add his opinion. Bryan said they are all about ‘opportunity’ on Smackdown, and if Cena wants a shot, he would get it. Bryan said all he had to do was beat someone very familiar to him, and revealed Styles as the opponent.
