Was Bryan Running The Ropes A Tease He’s Cleared?

A fan on Twitter asked Dave Meltzer if Daniel Bryan running the ropes during the Smackdown Live dark match last night was possibly a sign that he’d been cleared to return to the ring.

Meltzer claims that as of a week ago last Tuesday Bryan was still not cleared:
