Rumored Great Balls of Fire Match Scrapped
For weeks, WWE built the feud between Finn Balor and Elias Samson, with numerous reports stating that the two will compete at Great Balls of Fire. As seen on the pay-per-view, the match was scrapped, and the feud will most likely dissolve on Raw.
James Ellsworth Comments On Braun Strowman
After the conclusion of the Ambulance Match between Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman, Reigns rammed the back of the truck, imploding it while Strowman was inside. After having to get Strowman out with the jaws of life, he refused any medical treatment. James Ellsworth commented, “No man would’ve walked away from that, Braun Strowman isn’t a man, he’s a monster, trust me.”
Heath Slater Watches Reigns/Strowman With Fans
During the Reigns/Strowman segment, WWE threw out Heath Slater and Curt Hawkins to compete in a match. Supposedly, you can call this perhaps the first ever dark match within a pay-per-view in WWE Network history. After the match, Slater could be seen watching it unfold on the titantron.
