Cody Rhodes took to Twitter today and urged WWE to cut ties with mainstream outlets ESPN and TMZ, citing things the two media companies have done in the past which he was against.
With regards to the 911 call, Rhodes is citing the call which was made when his father Dusty became ill and was hospitalized. Dusty died later that year.
The ESPN part of the Tweet is in reference to what we reported on yesterday, as ESPN’s Amin Elhassin posted a Tweet criticizing the video Kevin Owens’ wife Karina posted on social media featuring their son Owen reacting to his father’s Universal Title win. Elhassin has drawn a lot of negative feedback for the Tweet from Twitter users, and he has insulted most of them in response to their opinions.
