This final video from CSR this weekend is talking the WWE Universal Championship match tonight on RAW. Here’s some highlights:
Justin LaBar:
Kevin f’ing Owens. Obviously Vince McMahon wanted to go in a different direction, he had Finn Balor win at SummerSlam. He has different plans for Rollins whether it’s for Rollins to chase or get involved with someone else. Roman Reigns isn’t winning. I think they know there are problems with that experiment and Reigns might not be done with Rusev. Big Cass is good in the ring but way too quick. They haven’t won tag titles. I don’t mind them doing some singles stuff but they are still a team. Kevin Owens makes sense. He’s put his work in the last year and a half, so it’s not rushed. Would be a swerve because I don’t think he’s the favorite in the match when Rollins and Reigns are thee. Owens wins it, Jericho comes after him and Jericho can go back to being a baby face. They just lost Balor, not a lot of top baby faces to work with. Kevin Owens is winning, take it to the bank!
Josh Isenberg:
Kevin Owens is a guy who WWE said 4 weeks ago we don’t have anything for them so they put him with Jericho. Yes, it’s comedic and entertaining and connect with the audience. If you’re telling me that if Kevin Owens is the Champion walking out of Monday Night RAW, I won’t appear on the show. I will leave. Well, maybe not. But it’s going to be Seth Rollins. There’s no chance Kevin Owens becomes the Universal Champion.
