EC3 answered several questions, including how to make TNA better, the new relationship with POP TV, and more. You can read a few excerpts below:
EC3 on making TNA better:
I’m responsible for what I do, but great effort into making it right (in my view) and take great pride in it. TNA provided me the opportunity and the freedom to do that, to develop. To learn. To succeed. I think this year TNA is the land of opportunity for those that want it. Having said that, focusing on real characters. Real motivations. Everyone having a purpose. A reason. Continuity. The opps will be there. People can seize them.
What to look forward to on POP TV:
Me. Mostly. Some surprises. New look, I think. Solid direction. Good matches.
I really think it will be a show that can set the tone. At least it is to be, and we must deliver on it. I’ll do my part to deliver on my end.
EC3 comments on Dean Ambrose using ‘his’ finishing move:
It’s a tough move for it to look great everytime, so I understand him switching it up. If I could go back, I might consider something else, but it’s beaten everybody here, so I guess it works! If anyone had right to steal it first, it was him, since I think I stole it from Callihan and they tagged prior. Either way.
His run of matches with Spud, Angle, Hardy; who does he consider the most underrated?
Thank you. I’m very happy with how all those turned out. Truly. I mean I watched them and critique the shit out of myself when I do. But ultimately pleased.
Eric Young. I’ve been in the ring with some of the very best, and he is easily one of them. He’s a lockerroom leader in the truest sense of the word.
