We previously confirmed early reports coming out of this week’s Smackdown tapings that Rusev had suffered some sort of arm injury during a match on WWE Main Event.
WWE.com later confirmed this, noting Rusev will be sidelined for three to four weeks with a proximal bicep tendon rupture. Rusev commented on the injury by posting the following Tweet:
I guess my biceps are too big for its tendons. #illbeback
