On what former WWE Superstar Harry Smith had to do to acquire the rights to the name “The British Bulldog“:

RS: I talked to Harry shortly after he released the news about how he obtained the trademark to use the name “The British Bulldog.” He said it actually took him a long time to get the name. Not because somebody else had ownership of it but mainly just because it’s a long process to finally own a trademark that you can use yourself. He said that when he found out that nobody owned the trademark… a friend of his had actually let him know that the trademark was not owned by anybody… he held a family meeting with his Mom and his sister. They all discussed spending the money and doing all the work to obtain the trademark legally. They hired they appropriate people and a trademark lawyer. They had to wait for awhile but it finally happened and that’s why he dropped the news on his Facebook page. He said that after they got the rights to use the name, which took awhile, he then had another meeting with his family saying that he wanted to use the name himself. Now he wrestles under the name “The British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith Jr. His family was super cool with it.

On Terry Funk’s brawl in to a concession stand at a recent independent show at the age of 71:

RS: If you’re an indy show and you’ve got Terry Funk there then you obviously want him to do a little run in and a punch, something like that. Which is all they asked him to do. They just asked him to do a simple little run in, get the crowd excited, do one punch, get out… that sort of thing. Of course Terry Funk being the legend that he is took it a step further and as you saw the indy show went crazy. He was tossing over all the concession snacks and the pans and all kinds of stuff. On to the guy who was actually the manager for Eddie Kingston. As you can see the crowd right there he’s tossing chairs and he’s doing old school Terry Funk stuff which doesn’t surprise me. Like you said, should he really be doing that still?

On TMZ getting the scoop about Rusev & Lana’s engagement before him:

RS: If anything it just motivates me to keep going. Honestly, they didn’t really cover that much wrestling stuff before I worked at TMZ. So, if anything, it made me proud that they are carrying on the tradition and that I have been able to leave some sort of a mark there. It makes me very happy.
