WWE ran their first of three WWE Live shows in the United Arab Emirates today, from the Zayed Sports City Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
(1) Dean Ambrose def. Luke Harper.
(2) Jack Swagger def. Tyson Kidd. This started as a “dance off” that the fans “voted for”. Swagger got the win with the Patriot Lock.
-Curtis Axel came out and did his “Axel-mania” shtick about not being eliminated from the Royal Rumble match. He says he wants to face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania.
(3) Bo Dallas def. Curtis Axel. Dallas won with a roll-up.
-Axel was upset and challenged anyone in the back to come out and face “Axel-mania”.
(4) Ryback def. Curtis Axel. The match lasted about a minute.
(5) Dolph Ziggler def. Intercontinental Champion Bad News Barrett. The match ended via DQ when Barrett used the title belt.
(6) Rusev def. Eric Rowan to retain the United States Championship. Rusev won with the Accolade. Lana was nowhere to be seen, which isn’t a major surprise.
(7) Kofi Kingston & Big E def. Stardust & Goldust. Stardust accidentally dropkicked his brother. The two got into a shoving match after the bell, and Stardust walked away.
(8) John Cena def. Seth Rollins in a Street Fight. They billed it as the “first ever street fight in Abu Dhabi” which isn’t true. Cena got the win with an AA through a table.
