Volume 2 is another ECW match compilation with the never-before-released approach, hosted by Joey Styles and Tommy Dreamer. The DVD has a runtime of 7 hours and 14 minutes, while the Blu-ray edition with its exclusive bonus material has a total runtime of 8 hours and 52 minutes. First reviews of the set (like this one: http://wwene.ws/17nWORb) are very positive, noting that the matches chosen display a nice mix of styles that ECW brought to the table, rather than only the “hardcore” bouts. Blood thirsty fans in the ECW faithful will however be happy to hear that almost all of the Blu-ray exclusive matches satisfy that “hardcore” persuasion well, in case you didn’t get enough in the main selection of matches. Also, the addition of Tommy Dreamer as a host rather than solely Joey Styles on his own is said to bring more insight into commentary between matches.
