The Rock will not be in Pittsburgh tonight for WWE Raw. He's currently in London for another GI Joe 2 movie premiere, and posted the following this morning on Twitter:

It's being reported by F4W Online that there's an odd feeling backstage due to the fact the WWE Champion hasn't been appearing at live events for the past month and a half. However, WWE officials are reportedly pleased with the live attendence numbers so far for th "Road to WrestleMania" tour.
