Update On Jerry Lawler Wrestling Again
During this weekend's "Big Event 3" convention in New York City, Jerry Lawler told fans that his personal doctor has cleared him to wrestle again. However, he noted that WWE has not given him their blessing, and he won't be returning to the ring until they do.
Lawler did add that he really misses wrestling and hopes he can return soon.
Vince McMahon Joining Twitter?
Several readers have sent in word that a new account on Twitter, @VinceMcMahon, has recently opened up. This comes right off the heels of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon joining the social network, so the timing certainly seems reasonable. However, this account has NOT BEEN CONFIRMED by any official WWE accounts or superstars.
The account profile lists the user's location as Greenwhich, CT and is currently only following a handful of WWE accounts, plus Donald Trump's.
With WWE securing the true names/handles of people like Triple H (@TripleH) and Stephanie McMahon (@StephMcMahon) so far after the fact, one would assume WWE has gone out of their way to acquire @VinceMcMahon as well. That would mean that the person setting this profile up is likely associated with WWE, but again, there has been no official confirmation at this point.
