In July, WWE is advertising that Monday night RAW events will begin 45 minutes earlier than normal. Currently when you attend a Monday RAW event, WWE begins the show at 8:15pm EST with dark matches, matches taped for Superstars and video packages. It is expected that beginning in July, RAW events will start at 7:30pm EST.
F4Wonline.com is reporting the starting time change may have something to do with WWE wanting to have a countdown show leading up to RAW going live.
Last year, WZ was the first to report WWE had been developing plans to have some kind of "pre-game" show prior to RAW going live on USA network. As the WWE network launch continued to get pushed back, so did talks of this concept.
