TNA wrestler Matt Morgan recently spoke with an Indian newspaper about the TNA offshoot “Ring ka King.” Morgan stated, “I was surprised when I heard that Total Nonstop Action was coming to India because I thought that the sport in India was half-dead. But when I arrived her and saw the Indian wrestlers who have their own style, my perception changed.”
Morgan also offered some potential advice to a 330-pound Indian wrestler working for the promotion. “After every match they should ask me questions… question after question. That’s the only way he can get better. Also, patience, a wrestler needs lots of that. He may be focussed on becoming a champion, but on the way up he can’t be too hard on himself.”
