We’ve gotten a few emails from those that watched the Big Show on VH1’s Top 20 Countdown where he confirmed that he would indeed be wrestling Edge and John Cena at WrestleMania 25. We have reported that here on the site already, but since WWE has not officially announced this yet, it is interesting to hear the Big Show spoil it ahead of time.
Jim Ross commented on the possibility of Hulk Hogan being Chris Jericho’s opponent at WrestleMania 25 by stating the following: "Hulk Hogan is highly unlikely to not to be able to wrestle in a match he was never scheduled to wrestle in the first place as he has had back surgery. Hulk’s injuries are a likely result of having to carry the weight of his soon to be ex-wife’s world on his broad shoulders. If you had Hogan vs. Jericho in the office pool….you (likely) lose."
For those of you that pride yourself on English grammar, he did use a double negative in his first sentence, completely reversing the meaning of the statement – "highly unlikely to not be able to wrestle" would mean that it’s likely he will be able to wrestle. Obviously, Ross didn’t mean to do that, so don’t read into it, but I found it funny, nonetheless.
