Pepsi gives cheers to CM Punk.
While he may widely be recognized for his accolades in the squared circle, fans also associate CM Punk with the popular soft drink, Pepsi, given his tattoo of their logo on his shoulder. Over on Twitter/X, Pepsi themselves is now recognizing Punk for it as well.
“Legendary,” wrote the official Pepsi X account in response to Punk’s explanation of the tattoo.

According to Punk, his Pepsi tattoo came about after hearing an interview involving Brian Baker, the guitarist in the hardcore punk band Minor Threat. It also has ties to Punk’s straight edge life style. Click here for Punk’s full explanation, provided in the newest edition of WWE: Tattooed.
Elsewhere in the episode, Punk shared the backstories behind many of his other tattoos, including an album cover belonging to the band Operation Ivy, the phrase “No Gimmicks Needed”, and the Japanese artwork on his chest.
In WWE, Punk most recently competed in a Money in the Bank qualifying match on WWE Raw, which saw interference from Bronson Reed, Bron Breakker, Sami Zayn, and Jey Uso. Out of the chaos, El Grande Americano emerged victorious by pinning AJ Styles to claim the final spot in the Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match.
