Lex Luger was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Friday evening, but didn’t appear with the rest of his inductees on Saturday night during WrestleMania 41.
WWE Hall of Famer Lex Luger was a recent guest on The Ariel Helwani Show. When asked about him not appearing on stage during WrestleMania 41 alongside the rest of the 2025 class, Luger said he could hardly get out of bed on Saturday, and WWE was cool about him not feeling up to attending the show.
“It’s wild how that stuff catches fire,” Lex Luger said. “With all that happened, the next day on Saturday, I could hardly get out of bed. I called the guys, and they were cool about it. They said, ‘Look, we’d love to have you down there. Let’s see how you feel later in the day,’ but it was obvious by later in the afternoon that I wasn’t going to be able to get out there.” [H/T: Fightful]
