AEW World Champion Jon Moxley has been left alone ahead of his title match with Cope, as Wheeler Yuta walked out on him on AEW Dynamite.
Cope and his allies have taken out Moxley’s stablemates in The Deathriders in recent weeks. They have attacked PAC, Claudio Castagnoli, and Marina Shafir in recent weeks. However, Cope used a different method on the March 5th episode of AEW Dynamite.
On Wednesday night, Cope defeated Yuta in a hard-fought singles match. After the bell, he shook Yuta’s hand and told him that was what respect felt like. Moxley came out and berated Yuta. Yuta then shoved Moxley and walked away.
Backstage, Moxley noted that he would be all alone at AEW Revolution, where he will defend the AEW World Championship against Cope. He said that Cope had rattled his cage, and while he was alone, he would give Cope a beating at the pay-per-view.
