A former WWE act is reportedly scheduled for the AEW Collision tapings this weekend in Youngstown, Ohio.
According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), Mace and Mansoor (MxM) are booked for this weekend’s AEW Collision tapings on June 15.
Sapp is unaware of creative plans or if they are just scheduled to meet with the company. But they are planned to be at the show on Saturday night.
Mace and Mansoor have been incredibly busy on the independent scene since departing WWE. The duo even made a surprise appearance at SGW Uganda earlier this year.
While it’s unknown if this weekend will lead to Mace and Mansoor being “All Elite,” MxM have also had talks with TNA Wrestling in recent months.
It’s also worth noting that All Elite Wrestling frequently tapes Ring of Honor alongside Collision. So there’s always a chance that they could be there to work those tapings and won’t appear on Collision at all, but that is far from confirmed.
