Lucha Libre AAA announced a new deal to bring their shows to American TV.
The promotion has been one of Mexico’s biggest since their breakaway from CMLL in 1992.
On Twitter, AAA released a statement which stated they will start broadcasting in the US on Televisa Univision on June 15. Additionally, they announced Latin Lover as the new Director of Talent, effective immediately. He is already playing this role on TV, so this announcement was not much of a surprise.
He announced the TV deal, showing their programming every Saturday and Monday.

Mexico City, June 6, 2024.- Big announcements from Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide during the press conference held at the KidZania Cuicuilco facilities, south of Mexico City.
With the presence of Dorian J. Roldán Peña, General Director of Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, the new strategic alliance KIDZANIA | AAA that will seek to bring sports, entertainment, tradition and culture behind Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide to all attendees at the KidZania headquarters in Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara.The second announcement of the day was the presentation of Latin Lover, as Talent Director of Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide. With more than 25 years of experience, Latin will closely supervise all the performance of fighters inside and outside of the Star Caravan events; seeking to empower and revolutionize all the skills of promising young people and already established talent. Latin Lover will have direct communication with Dorian Roldán and Konnan, current Creative Director of AAA, to promote the development of stories that are liked by all fans.
Triplemanía XXXII Tijuana and the event recorded for TV at the Juan de la Barrera Olympic Gymnasium in Mexico City on June 22 will be Latin Lover’s first challenges with his new appointment and he has already promised surprises.
To end the conference, Latin Lover took the stage again, and as AAA’s new Talent Director, he revealed great news: Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide returns to the United States, led by Televisa Univisión. The broadcasts will begin next June 15 with all the emotions of Triplemanía XXXII Monterrey and will continue every Saturday at 3 pm on UniMas, in addition to the repetitions on TUDN every Monday at 7 pm.
