Matt Cardona is keeping his injury status a secret, and he doesn’t want you to see his eventual return coming.
The Indy God Matt Cardona was a recent guest on the Battleground Podcast. While discussing his current injury and eventual return to the ring, Cardona teased that he won’t be out as long as people think, but people won’t know he’s back until it happens because he doesn’t want people to see it coming.
“When I make my in-ring return, and that’s the thing I’m not telling people when I’m coming back,” Matt Cardona teases. “That’s the best part about this. I’m telling people I’m going to be out for a year plus. That’s what I’m saying when people ask, a year plus.
“Because it’s gonna be sooner than that. And I don’t want anyone to expect it. It’s going to be somewhere you just think Matt Cardona is coming out with a little microphone in his hand. The next thing you know, he’s gonna make history one more time.”
