WWE teased a major WrestleMania match on the January 15 episode of WWE RAW.
WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley addressed the women’s division and issued a warning ahead of WWE Royal Rumble. She stated that if the Royal Rumble winner chose her as their opponent, they would be sealing their fate, as the champion said she would stand tall at WrestleMania for the second year in a row.
Becky Lynch interrupted the powerhouse and highlighted how they were very different, though they had similar journeys to greatness. Lynch admitted that she felt like Ripley might be better than her, and to prove herself wrong, she needed to beat “The Eradicator” for the gold. Ripley responded by saying that she was the only person who wanted Lynch to win the Royal Rumble more than she did.
The champion proceeded to drop a major tease as she told Lynch that she would see her at WrestleMania.
Fans will have to wait and see whether this dream match will become a reality as the road to WrestleMania continues.
