Gabe Kidd says NJPW should put love and energy into his contract, or he will go where the money is.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) recently reported that Gabe Kidd’s NJPW contract was set to expire in January.
In an interview with MuscleManMalcolm, Gabe Kidd was asked about his contract status.
“Yeah, I have a comment. First of all, mind your f*cking business, yeah? That’s my business between me and New Japan. If you want to talk about that, I’ll say this and only this, President Tanahashi, you better love and energy into my contract offer, or I’m gonna go where the money is. You get me? I’m about money and beating people up, and that’s it.”
Kidd was then asked if he would have a preference between wrestling on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. He made it clear that he would fight anyone on any day.
“Any day, I don’t care. I’ll wrestle on any day,” he said. “Pay me and I’m there. I’ll fight anyone. This year, I will scrap anyone. I don’t give a sh*t. I’ll scrap anyone.”
