It would appear that the Megasus is All Elite.
According to a new report from Fightful (via Fightful Select), Megan Bayne is under contract with All Elite Wrestling. It was noted that Bayne has actually been under contract for months. Despite this, she has not appeared on AEW TV in some time.
Meanwhile, Fightful writes that Megan Bayne was sent by AEW to work in Japan several months back. Bayne has been there “refining” her work. It was noted that “as of this summer”, AEW did not have any significant creative plans for her.
Bayne has been in Japan for the past several months working for Stardom. Prior to that, she made regular appearances for Beyond Wrestling, MCW, and other independent promotions in the United States. Bayne’s last appearance in AEW was a dark match tag team loss (with Emi Sakura) to Maki Itoh and Willow Nightingale at the June 9 AEW Rampage tapings.
In total, Bayne has worked 7 total matches for AEW so far. She made her debut for the company in April 2021. There, she took a loss to Big Swole on AEW Dark. Her subsequent five appearances came on Dark and Elevation. Finally, her most recent appearance was the Rampage tag match.
