Next week’s episode of WWE NXT is loaded as they face competition from a special “Title Tuesday” edition of AEW Dynamite.
During the October 3 NXT, Kiana James attacked Roxanne Perez and later announced that Perez would have to go through a major obstacle in former women’s champion Asuka next week. It will mark Asuka’s first NXT appearance since 2019.
Additionally, former rivals Carmelo Hayes and Bron Breakker are set to renew their rivalry, but they won’t be alone. Hayes will have John Cena in his corner, while Paul Heyman will provide wisdom to Breakker. This comes after Breakker tried getting in Hayes’ head over losing the NXT Championship.
It was also confirmed that Cody Rhodes will have a “major announcement” to make, but no further details were provided.
