Kenzie Paige made history at NWA 312.
At the NWA 312 pay-per-view on April 7, Paige faced Max The Impaler in the finals of the tournament to determine the inaugural NWA World Women’s TV Champion. Max dominated the majority of the match, but a chaotic conclusion saw Paige emerge victorious. Both Samantha Starr and Kenzie’s sister, Kylie Paige, came to the ring and tried to interfere on her behalf. Max easily overpowered them, but the distraction helped Kenzie bend the rules by hitting Max with a cutter on a chair for the upset victory.
With the win, Paige became the first NWA World Women’s TV Champion. The title was first announced in July 2022, and a tournament to determine the champion has stretched the past several weeks of NWA programming.
