Major League Wrestling has announced a major title match for the February 21 episode of MLW Underground.
Dragon Gate star YAMATO will challenge MLW World Heavyweight Champion Alex Hammerstone for the gold on Tuesday night, as confirmed during the February 14 episode of Underground. Hammerstone retained the title against EJ Nduka in a Last Man Standing Match in the premiere of MLW Underground on February 7. The champion also has a clash with Battle Riot winner Jacob Fatu on the horizon; the match was taped at MLW SuperFight 2023, but it has not aired yet.
Additionally, The Billington Bulldogs (Mark & Tom Billington) will have a match on the show, but their opponents were not named. They are the nephews of the Dynamite Kid, and they have aligned with their cousin, Davey Boy Smith Jr., who recently returned to MLW.
