After the September 21 “Grand Slam” edition episode of AEW Dynamite, the company taped AEW Rampage: Grand Slam ,which will air on September 23.

- HOOK and Action Bronson defeated Matt Menard and Angelo Parker
- TBS Championship: Jade Cargill (c) defeated Diamanté
- Wardlow and Samoa Joe defeated Tony Nese and Josh Woods
- Jungle Boy defeated Rey Fenix; Luchasaurus attacked Jungle Boy after the match.
- Eddie Kingston defeated Sammy Guevara but the referee overturned the decision after the match.
- Grand Slam Golden Ticket Battle Royale for a shot at the AEW World Championship: Hangman Page won the match by last eliminating RUSH
- Unsanctioned Lights Out Match: Ricky Starks defeated Eddie Kingston
