Jon Moxley is back.
Game Changer Wrestling has announced that Moxley will defend the GCW World Championship at the sold-out “The WRLD On GCW” show on January 23. Former ROH World Champion Homicide will challenge him for the gold.

Moxley has been absent since November, as he had been in an inpatient alcohol treatment program. He hasn’t appeared on AEW programming, or competed on any other show, since then. He won the GCW World Championship at “The Art of War Games” show on September 4. Moxley then successfully defended it against Nick Gage at GCW Fight Club on October 9.
The WRLD On GCW will stream on traditional pay-per-view and FITE.
The current card is as follows:

- Allie Katch vs Ruby Soho
- ROH World Championship: Jonathan Gresham (c) vs. Blake Christian
- Team Bandido vs Team Gringo
