2point0, also known as Matt Lee and Jeff Parker, have been invited to “Free The Narrative II” by EC3 himself.
EC3 interrupted the newest broadcast of TheShowRULES on Sunday with a recorded message in which he told the duo he needs them at the event.
“Matthew, Jeff, eh, this is fun,” said EC3. “It’s fun. You’re fun. You’re articulate, you’re clever, you’re quick-witted, and you’re fun. You’re a voice, you’re a voice of what’s good within wrestling, what’s positive. You’re a voice that can guide people on a story through wrestling. And I have a story to tell you. October 1, 2021, Free The Narrative, I want you there. I need you there. I need you to tell people what is taking place because 2point0, The Show, you desperately need to control your own narrative.
“I need you, Matthew, Jeff, 2point0, The Show, to guide the wrestling universe on the journey we’re gonna take ‘em. The emotional journey. What it really feels like to be terminated from a three-letter brand, to lose your dream, to lose your passion. I need you to tell them why this is happening, I need you to tell them why these men are fighting. They’re not fighting each other, they’re fighting for themselves. I need you to be oracles of my truth, the messengers of my vision.”
During his message, EC3 also described how 2point0 have controlled their narrative by thriving in AEW following their WWE release, which makes them perfect candidates for “Free The Narrative.”
As previously announced, “Free The Narrative II” will feature Braun Strowman and his journey back to the ring following his WWE release.
Earlier in the show, the duo also wished their “son” Daniel Garcia, a happy birthday and made it clear that they’re “proud fathers”of him.
“Speaking of Danny Garcia, our son, Daniel Garcia, it was his birthday this week,” said Lee. “Happy birthday, son! [claps] Son, good boy, yeah.
“We could not be prouder of our generous, sweet, athletic son, we did a great job with that kid.”
