Shinsuke Nakamura and Baron Corbin have been feuding with each another recently over Corbin’s King of the Ring crown. After his victory this week, Nakamura cemented himself as the true “King of Strong Style”, as he took Corbin down in the Battle for the Crown.
In a bout between the two bitter rivals, Nakamura was able to come out on top. Corbin overpowered Nakamura early on, but two knees to the face rocked the King of the Ring winner.

Toward the end of the bout, Corbin attempted to hit Nakamura with a chokeslam, but Nakamura countered it. He nailed Corbin with an emphatic knee to the face, and he drilled Corbin with the Kinshasa for the win. As a result, Nakamura officially earned the right to wear the crown, and he celebrated the victory with Rick Boogs. SmackDown’s electric guitarist put the crown on Nakamura’s head to officially recognize him as the king.
