Kevin Owens On Why Interfered On Behalf Of The Street Profits
The Street Profits had an ally in last night’s main event against The OC and it was Kevin Owens. KO showed up late to the party, but spoke with WWE.com after RAW went off the air and talked about that very subject.
“You know why I waited this long to go out their tonight? Because I wanted to make sure The Street Profits needed me because then it wasn’t about AJ Styles or The OC or Kevin Owens. It was about The Street Profits having their first match on Monday Night RAW…”
Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford soon showed up and KO reiterated those sentiments to his newfound friends (one he expects to keep for quite awhile).
“Tonight wasn’t ‘The Kevin Owens Show’ it was ‘The Street Profits Show.’ Dawkins, I was there, you were there on my first day of the Performance Center. [To Ford] I was there on your first day at the Performance Center. And now here we are on Monday Night RAW, you guys just main evented. I’m thrilled for you guys. I need you to know I respect you guys a lot. I really do. In fact I like you guys so much, I might not even turn on you. I know, let’s not get ahead of ourselves, but it’s looking good, boys.”
