At WWE’s Halftime Heat special, the trio of Velveteen Dream, Ricochet, and Aleister Black bested the trio of Johnny Gargano, Tommaso Ciampa, and Adam Cole. The finish came when Velveteen Dream hit Adam Cole with the Purple Rain Maker.
WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels and 205 Live commentator Vic Joseph were on the call for a match that lasted about 20 minutes.
