PWInsider.com is reporting Erick Rowan was at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando yesterday, now working towards being cleared from a bicep injury.
Rowan has been sidelined since August; the former tag team champion was injured in the Summerslam tag team match between the Bludgeon Brothers and The New Day. After Rowan was injured, the Bludgeon Brothers ended up losing the titles to New Day in a rematch on Smackdown two days later.
It’s unknown when Rowan will return to WWE, but this is a sign that he is on his way. Both Rowan and his partner, Luke Harper, have been off of WWE TV since the August title loss. During the time away, Harper also had wrist surgery. A photo of Harper wearing a cast on his left wrist surfaced online, and the Wrestling Observer Newsletter later reported he had elected to have the procedure to repair and injury while Rowan was still sidelined.
