Just 48 hours after winning the SmackDown Women’s Championship, Asuka already has a successful championship defense under her belt.
In a match made by Vince McMahon himself , Asuka defeated her usual tag team partner, Naomi. It was a highly competitive bout but Asuka got the victory by way of submission.

Throughout the match, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair watched on from ringside. Both women were told earlier in the night to “get over it,” and do something about Ronda Rousey by Vince McMahon.
